Desta forma, ajuda a evitar o sangramento ou o aparecimento de hematoma. Em caso de sangramento, dever\u00e1 exercer press\u00e3o no local e aplicar penso protector. E em caso de hematoma, dever\u00e1 aplicar gelo no local, com precau\u00e7\u00e3o, para evitar queimadura pelo frio.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingerir uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o ligeira ap\u00f3s a d\u00e1diva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manter a manga \" arrega\u00e7ada\" enquanto estiver a tomar uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o ligeira no p\u00f3s- d\u00e1diva e s\u00f3 vestir o casaco ap\u00f3s a refei\u00e7\u00e3o, para uma maior vigil\u00e2ncia do local da pun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e3o retirar o penso do local da pun\u00e7\u00e3o durante, pelo menos, quatro horas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refor\u00e7ar a ingest\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos nas doze horas seguintes para ajudar na reposi\u00e7\u00e3o da parte l\u00edquida despendida na d\u00e1diva.
